The hotel is ideally located in the city center, close to the Cavern area, and offers easy access to bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean, but there was an issue with the cleaning of our bedroom and the towels in the bathroom. The location is fantastic for exploring the city's vibrant scene, but no price or value comments were provided.
The hotel is wonderfully located, close to nice pubs and the town center. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the bathroom towels were not replaced daily. The service, including room service and laundry, was exceptional. The dining experience with guava jam was fantastic. However, the lack of facilities like a pool or spa was a downside. Overall, a good value for money stay.
